Dear Centre Exams Manager

 

Cambridge English Qualifications Digital for young learners at Pre A1 Starters and A1 Movers levels are now available. Test administration is straightforward and no software is required.

Register for a webinar on 14 January 2025 either in the morning (09.00-10.00) or in the afternoon (15.30-16.30) UK time. We will share the recording on the support site.

Next steps

 

1. Complete the Centre Exams Managers' onboarding course for Cambridge English Qualifications Digital for young learners on Totara before submitting the Exam Authorisation form.  

 

2. Submit the Exam Authorisation Form after completing the onboarding course, at least four weeks before your first scheduled test.

 

3. Check that your centre is eligible for paper-based young learners exams or request that eligibility as digital tests have limited Special Arrangements options. 

 

4. Ensure supervisors and invigilators complete the Supervisor & invigilator training for Cambridge English Qualifications Digital for young learners 2025 course on Totara before the first scheduled test.

 

When we receive your form, the regional office will be informed and they can support you through the process.
